The Process
TopDraft is invite-only on both sides. We personally pre-vet every grad and every founder before they are approved to be a part of TopDraft.
Apply
Everyone goes through a personal interview with our team. We accept only the top 1%. If you make it through, you are in rare company.
You curate the match
After being approved, you upload a short video pitch to show who you actually are. Founders share what they are building and why it matters. Grads show what they want to do and why startups. We make the entire process human first. No ATS deciding your fate.
You get introduced
Both sides can show interest. When interest is mutual, an interview is scheduled straightaway. No ghosting.
